It's not easy being a man in a culture that isn't sure what manliness is. Maybe we've been trying to live life on the wrong terms. Maybe it's time to do it on His terms. That's why the Calvary Church Men's Ministry exists. We work to equip men with the tools they need to find peace and purpose in their roles as leaders, husbands, fathers and friends. We want to help men learn how to balance work and family life, build stronger marriages, become better fathers, grow spiritually and enjoy Christian fellowship.
Women's Ministry
The Calvary Church use this ministry for the fellowship as the women serve together in faith, love and unity. Our mission is to be women who are committed to a deepening relationship with Christ through diligent prayer and the study of the scriptures. It is our desire to become spiritually mature women, confident is our talents, gifts, and courageous in our words.
Marriage Ministry
"Marriage is a lifelong, covenant relationship between one woman and one man."
At the Calvary Church, our leader is committed to "honoring the covenant" by supporting strong Christian marriages. In every stage and in every circumstance of life, we want to encourage and enrich godly, lifelong marriages while holding to the truth of God's Word and defending the covenant relationship that God has established between one man and one woman.
Singles Ministry
It is our desire to use the Bible as our authority and we exist to glorify God by equipping single adults to live lives of worship, maturity and witness. Singles are taught to be committed to God first and He present companionship.
Youth Ministry
We believe the youth of Calvary Church can be effective in the kingdom building process. Therefore, we teach our youth the following biblical truths and love each one of them unconditionally just as Christ loves each one of us. We believe it is important for the youth to love God. We teach them to live lives that are pleasing to God. We desire for the youth to love Jesus, their Savior. We also want them to love the Bible. Youth learn that the Bible is the Living Word of God, the absolute truth and the standard by which they should live. They also discover that God's Word is fun to read and describes how much God loves them. This ministry will guide them to maturity as they become young adults and becoming equip to resist common peer pressure.
Media Ministry
The Calvary Church provides resources and services of tools in the advance learning and training of God. It is this ministrys objective to stimulate Christian growth, enrich worship experience by providing quality audio and visual presentations.
Music & Worship Ministry
Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. - Psalm 95:1It is written that God seeks worshipers who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. At the Calvary Church, we seek to engage in worship in three specific areas: corporate worship, family worship and personal worship. We believe that in order to be a fully devoted follower of Christ, one must know what true worship is and how to be a worshiper. The Worship and Music Ministry at the Calvary Church also seeks to help believers identify and fulfill the use of their gifts as they give honor and glory to the Father.
